Time to start on the chapters

I have a cold now and it’s come with a sore throat. Why does my family get so sickly when we get some time off??
Rhetorical question.
I need to get going on the sample chapters now. I think I know which two chapters I want to write but need to sit and brainstorm everything I need/want to include. For some reason I’m feeling stalled.
I hate to say it but not having time or access to keep up on blog reading has certainly helped my writing output but I miss my virtual friends so I’m not sure what I’ll do once I’m back in real life.
I’ve got some job stuff that’s weighing on me but I’m trying not to think about it just yet since that will just get me further scattered.
So do any of you have non-fiction book proposal experience and perhaps want to give me some feedback on mine?

I think I would have a better answer to your first question then I would the second.
But I’m sure you have many readers who just might have the answer you’re looking for…or at least something for you to take a step from.
