Now I won’t have to break my blog anymore! See, I’m going to expand my services to installing/running blogs for small businesses since people keep asking me to do this any old way but I want to make sure I can work more efficiently. This way I can do a lot of the testing on my desktop before I make anything go live. This will be so-o-o-o-o-o much easier! If you have a Mac and want to see how to do it, check out this entry. It’s not hard at all and it took me about ten minutes.
We didn’t take Noah out yesterday because Madison felt too lousy so we’re going out tonight. And then it’s off to writing group! I’m really needing a writing group fix plus one of our founding members will be back from having a baby and I can’t wait to see her!
I’m sorry this is such a boring entry — I have a lot of work to get done today and a meeting at 2:30pm.
I have two kids and a delightfully odd husband, Brett. My children are Noah (born to us in 1997) and Madison (born to her first mom, Pennie, in 2004 and brought to our family through a domestic, open adoption). They are my inspiration and also the reason I don't get more done around here.
I'm a writer and sometimes I get published, which is a nice thing. I write for joy, I write for money and when I'm very lucky, both things happen at the same time. My work appears in national publications including Yoga Journal, Disney's Family.com, Utne, Wondertime, Brain Child and Salon. Currently I am working on a book about my daughter's adoption and seeking representation for the proposal. I also own Smart Cookie Communications with my husband.
