Organizational rut

I desperately want to clean up all of my links on the side. I’d like to have my blogs broken up into categories but can’t afford the $19.95 to have multiple blog rolls. I’ve thought of making the links available in a new window, too, but I don’t care for that when I’m visiting a site so it would be a bit hypocritical to do that myself, doncha think?
