She’s so good
Jodi Shaw was a good friend of mine when I lived in Portland. We worked together at the shelter and she threw us our baby shower. Jodi is really amazing because when I knew her she was a visual artist then she went to school to learn computer design. Then she got into a very competitive, prestigious grad school for poetry then she quit that and took up the guitar. She’s good at everything she wants to do (she was a champion swimmer in college). Her music is amazing. You can download mp3s at her site and if you like feminist singer/songwriters (think Dar Williams, Suzanne Vega) then you’ll like this.
She very kindly sent me her first album and I’m going to have to get myself the second one, too. She’s wonderful!!!
