Bilibo indoors and outdoors, all year round…
Be sure to click the video! (Sap that I am, I actually got a lump in my throat watching all that open-ended play. No, truly I did!)
I have two kids and a delightfully odd husband, Brett. My children are Noah (born to us in 1997) and Madison (born to her first mom, Pennie, in 2004 and brought to our family through a domestic, open adoption). They are my inspiration and also the reason I don't get more done around here.
I'm a writer and sometimes I get published, which is a nice thing. I write for joy, I write for money and when I'm very lucky, both things happen at the same time. My work appears in national publications including Yoga Journal, Disney's Family.com, Utne, Wondertime, Brain Child and Salon. Currently I am working on a book about my daughter's adoption and seeking representation for the proposal. I also own Smart Cookie Communications with my husband.

That sure looks like an awesome toy!! Is it expensive? I think I saw it BJ’s but I’m not sure. The boys would love it, I’m sure. GREAT suggestion!

hmmm, a bit too pricey for me. I know the design is great, but why does a piece of plastic have to cost almost 30 bucks? And I’d need two, at least!!
Oh, and I did love the video too…

And it was first made in “the-country-who-didn’t-want-me” (long story… it’s in my 100 things, part II — I’ll summarize it for ya, I was born in Switzerland, but don’t have citizenship, that’s all).

Ooh, Dawn, Brenna saw this in a catalog and wanted it, even though she says “I’m a bit too old for it, I guess”. Then we saw it at Larson’s. So you can buy local, too!

Excellent choice. I interviewed a toy store owner about these once since they were amongst his best-sellers. It’s soooo Creative Playthings-ish!
