Yowza — my aching head
Heat and humidity do a number on my head. I think it must be sinuses — maybe allergies? Ever since I was a kid, I get wicked bad headaches behind my eyes when the temperature goes up. It’s why I ended up with glasses in fifth grade (I don’t think the headaches were actually related to my astigmatism because the glasses didn’t help with them although seeing more clearly is nice). We’ve got the air on today but turned to 82 and we don’t have a dehumidifier, which we definitely need. (The basement is getting a touch muggy.)
Anyway. I have a headache because of the heat and humidity, which has been exacerbated by not sleeping well (heat and humidity — we turn the air off at night) and being on a panel this morning. But the panel was a lot of fun and my schedule is wide open today so I’ll be able to catch up on work so despite the pounding in my head, I’m feeling pretty darn good.
