I’m actively looking for a web programmer to help me with Get Them Blogging. I wanted to launch in January but realized I need a stronger technical infrastructure. Brett and I are looking to hire a freelancer with php and mySQL experience who can help us build the site. I’m not looking for a web designer; I need someone who can program. The more I’ve thought about it, the more I think I need the kind of content management system that drive dating sites or social networking sites. If you are someone who can do this or know someone who can, will you please contact me?
I don’t have time to work on such a project right now, but I suggest looking at Drupal. It’s mature, comes with many useful features built in, and is easily customizable by any competent PHP developer. It has a very busy community around it, so you might want to post your request in their forums. Good luck.
