I don’t do code
Oct 11, 2006 The Story of My Life
I really don’t; I’m not techie at all. But I can fake it. I know html and I know css. I don’t know php and I don’t know javascript. But I’m kneedeep in both php and javascript right now working on my (soon to be unveiled) project.
My blogads pay out on the 15th and that’s when I’ll be able to buy the hosting for this thing. I wanted to have some of it out there before then but realistically, it’s not going to happen. I also have several very very small but busy-making assignments due in the next couple of weeks. (Two tiny write-ups about new businesses for a custom pub in a town I’ve never heard of and four book reviews.) I’m trying to wrench my attention away from this project, (which I want to launch on November 1st to great fanfare) and remember that these (small) paychecks kinda matter an awful lot to our budget right now.
Must focus!

Oh goodness I suck at code. I can barely navigate through the blogger template. And I even took programming at school! I need to force myself to learn code, even tho as a designer I prefer print… all the big $$ is in web design! So I give you credit for bashing through even though you don’t love it.
