I don't feel so bad being the one coming up with the ideas and pushing for various options now :) Ironically, though, I have always felt more prepared for transcultural adoption---I know people from Asian countries, go to Asian festivals, know a lot about the various cultures and how to find out more--ditto for Hispanic cultures, but we just don't know as much about African American culture and feel a lot less prepared to represent that culture. DH feels stronger on this than I do, but I think we are going to keep doing research on this. Thanks for sharing your story.</description>
