More on quitting
It’s going to be fine (eventually) if nerve-wracking. I’ve been talking about quitting for like two years now and thought I was fired when the company changed hands. I was happy at first when it looked like I was keeping my job but then I started the arduous task of training new bosses on how to handle my telecommuting status and it’s just too hard.
New starts are always scary.

I have faith in you. Anyone who writes with the passion, honesty, and clarity you do will succeed.
I’d wish you luck, but I don’t think you need it. So, I’ll wish you childcare and brainspace instead.
I agree with what Chris said. All the best.
If you were unhappy, then you did the best thing not just for you, but you’re family as well. So, what’s the next step?
If only you had a mixed taped called “Strength” handy…
Fire it up! Transitions suck, but you’ll be fine.
Yowza! Right in the middle of all this heavy adoption talk, you quit your job? How you can think about both at the same time? I want to hear more about the job now too!
I tried commenting on this the other day but your server was busy busy busy (all the downloading, prolly!) but good for you!
Hope that door closing opens a far more satisfying one. You are a wonderful writer, and you’ll do beautifully!
