They make my life so much easier! I’m putting it below the cut!

Seven things to do before I die:

1. Write a book. Any old book will do.
2. Sell the book.
3. Go on a book tour for the book with my two homeschooled kids and their handsome father and say it’s educational (because it will be).
4. Write a novel and not worry about selling it.
5. See a Broadway show on Broadway.
6. Have a non-US vacation.
7. Run a 10K.

Seven things I can (or will) not do:

1. Have an affair.
2. Spank my kids (no matter how badly I am tempted).
3. Have a face lift or a boob job or liposuction.
4. Swim the English channel (I’m afraid of deep water).
5. Go kayaking (see #4).
6. March in a pro-life protest.
7. Ride my bike without a helmet.

Seven things that attract me to my spouse:

1. His big nose.
2. His slanty brown eyes.
3. His sense of humor.
4. His oddness.
5. His nice legs.
6. His humility.
7. His attraction to me.

Seven things I say most often:

1. “I mean…”
2. “You know…”
3. “Madison! What’s in your mouth!”
4. “Show mommy!”
5. “Spit it out!”
6. “Come back here!”
7. “Noah, did you let the dog out?”

Seven books (or series) I love:

1. Antonia White’s autobiographical quartet
2. Precious Bane
3. The Moomintroll books
4. The Ramona books
5. Three Junes
6. Bel Canto
7. Watership Down

Seven movies I watch over and over again (or would if I had time):

1. West Side Story (or at least the dance sequences)
2. Mary Poppins
3. Billy Elliot
4. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (or at least the fight sequences)
5. Passion Fish
6. Citizen Kane
7. Toy Story 2 (because the scene with Jesse the Yodeling Cowgirl riding to her doom makes me cry)

I tag everybody especially people without blogs. If you don’t have a blog, you can answer in the comments if you’re so inclined.

  1. “I’m afraid of deep water” - me too. I love kayaking (and you would too!) and the sea, and being out on it and in the water, but am so scared of sinking or cramping up that I never swim out very deep… I really need to take GOOD swimming lessons :P
