Still. Nice to read: Columbus, Ohio, Tops the List of Best Cities for Black Famlies
(I’m trying to find preschools to check out. We’d likely not send Madison ’til she’s three-ish but it’s never too early to get started looking.)

Wow! Now I’m extra disappointed.
This is not really a comment on the above but on an entry referring to and entry on your Miscarriage Anniversary, which I just found. Have had 5 myself, am also not having too many problems getting pregnant but lose the pregnancy at around 6 weeks.
I know how hard it is to keep going through this (yes, really I do) but I am soon (start of next cycle) to start treatment with a steroid called Prednisolone, which suppresses your immune system, particularly your NK cells (Natural Killer Cells). Latest hypothesis is that elevated NK cell levels in your womb can prevent the pregnancy from getting properly established as the embryo is attacked as if it is a foreign body (which of course in some ways it is).

It is relatively easy to get a test for NK cells if you haven’t had one already.
Just a thought, and I don’t want you to have to go through more heartbreak, but I know for me at least it is important that I try everything possible before giving up.
Best wishes, and so sorry for your losses.
Just realised how old that miscarriage anniversary was, but I guess the comment might still be of use to someone logging in?
Can’t wipe it off now, but feel free if you want to!
