What I was doing today

I was trying to make a web page for my clips and because of the WYSIWYG editor at the mac site, it took me longer than I expected it to. And I don’t know how the hell I’ll update it.

Anyway, editors weren’t always getting my faxes so I decided to put my clips up online. Eve very kindly took the time to turn my clips into .pdf files.

So now some of my published clips live right here. I tried to show versatility (essay, feature, product round-up) but I forgot to add book reviews. I’m doing book reviews now (under an assumed name) for a magazine, which shall not be mentioned. However I will give you hints. It’s ironic that I’m working for ePregnancy where these things are utilitarian and then at this other magazine where these things are just for show.

That’s all I’m gonna say about it.

  1. I don’t believe that the audience for book reviews knows how to read!!

  2. Wow, that looks great. Really professional. If I were an editor, though, I”d also want to be able to download your writing list and/or resume htere…

  3. Thanks Dawn. I just spent several hours of my life on learning about TCS. Actually, it was very informative (and your piece was great!) but I am now obsessed with finding out when Sarah Lawerence became Sarah Fitz-Claridge.

    Best!

  4. YAY! This is fabulous, I’ve been dying to read your Brain/Child articles (can’t get it here).
