Written in response to a plea from my editor (they have a lot of message boards on their sites), it’s about nasty people in online communities: Let’s Play Nice.

Those of you who knows me in real life will likely recognize the infamous “Goldfish War” mentioned in the first paragraph.

Gads, I keep catching typose in these columns; I hate that!!
