Feeling good

The carpet is in and it looks gorgeous. The paint job looks excellent, too; we’re very pleased.
Other things I’m feeling good about: I just won an ebay auction for four green Fire-King custard cups; my friend in Portland is about to have a baby; the weather has been gorgeous; I’m not feeling anxious about expecting my period this weekend (I’ve promised myself copious amounts of coffee and a date with a box of hair dye as a symbol of moving forward); and I am feeling great about 2 of the 3 articles due soon.

whoops, wrote previous comment before i saw you were getting carpet. glad you are happy. we have wood floors, which are astheically (sp?) nice, but carpet is so great when you have kids and you plop down all over the place whenever you like!!

He’s a doll! - looks like a European picture.
Wooden floors are grand, hope to tear up our carpets someday, there’s nothing like skating around on them!
